David Harrington

President

David is the founder and current President of Blue Feather Communications. He started working in the telecommunications industry in the mid-90s as an owner-operator installer. Ever since he began working in the cable industry, he has created a vast portfolio of hands-on experience and long-standing partnerships.  Through this experience, David has become an expert in all aspects of outside plant operations.

Since founding Blue Feather Communications David has remained a hands-on leader. He takes an active role in implementing excellence in each project, building new partnerships, and creating a culture of excellence in our company. David’s experience and hands-on leadership continue to be the key attributes in Blue Feather becoming a key contractor in Ontario.  

Sandra Ramos

Chief Financial Officer

Sandra Ramos is Blue Feather’s Chief Financial Officer. She maintains oversight of the company’s financial performance and long-term business planning. Sandra has and continues to be instrumental in driving operational excellence through developing and implanting policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity.

Sandra’s career has included over 30 years in finance, leadership, and accounting. She has been recognized with many awards throughout her career, reflecting her unmatched commitment to the people and businesses she serves.

Sandra is also very active in the community and supports many local charities.  

Mike England

General Manager

Mike started at Blue Feather in September of 2019, bringing 5 years of experience in information systems and 10 years of proven leadership experience. Mike oversees all aspects of Blue Feather’s data systems, manages daily operations and personnel.

Mike is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Business Administrator.  

Owen Bush

Maintenance Manager

With his 17 years of civil underground experience, Owen has proven himself to be an excellent team player with high level problem solving and analytical project implementation abilities. With an in depth knowledge of horizontal directional drilling, large-scale telecommunication structures, FTTx deployment and osp maintenance, he continues to and will always pride himself on safe and reliable delivery of complex utility construction projects, while ensuring an unparalleled attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.

Owen joined The Blue family at the beginning 2022 and looks forward to its continued drive in becoming a key contractor in Ontario.  

Fred Goheen

Foreman

Fred Goheen joined Blue Feather in 2018 and currently serves as Field Supervisor. He is responsible for safe work practices and mentorship of technicians throughout their careers at Blue Feather in both maintenance and construction.

Fred is a seasoned leader who started working in the communications industry in 1987. His experience includes underground construction of gas, telephone, water, sewer, and cable TV plants. He also has extensive experience in linework and in a maintenance capacity. Fred has worked for several cable providers on various coax and fiber plants throughout all of Ontario.
